The Fine Print
Spa Etiquette: please join us 10 minutes before your appointment to unwind and give us your
contact and health history information. Full treatment times may not be provided for late
arrivals. Please silence cell phones, pagers and PDAs etc. Reservations are recommended
1- 2 weeks in advance, and must be secured with a credit card or gift certificate number.
Service Times and Prices: lengths of services are approximate and prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellations and No-shows: as a common courtesy, 24 hours notice should be given. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a $15 charge per service. No-shows will be charged $15 per service. Your understanding and cooperation is appreciated.
Gratuities: are graciously accepted in recognition of excellent service.
Gift Certificates: Yes! We have gift certificates so you can treat family, friends or colleagues to a great experience at Ronald Grant Urban Spa too. Thank you! |
